I hereby indemnify and irrevocably and forever release and waive all rights of recourse against Sitters Aruba, the owner of Sitters Aruba, and its subsidiaries, licensees, successors, relatd and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, successors, representatives, and assigns, form and against any and all actions, payment, suits, demands, claims, damages, losses, proceedings, judgments, settlements, and liabilities (including without limitation, legal fees and cost) damages, losses, costs, injury (however caused), death, illness, delay or other liabilities, which I or my heirs, executors, administrators or personal representatives now have or hereafter can, shall or may have against any of above-named entities arising in or in connection with our above-named child(ren). Any dispute related to the consent form shall by solely and exclusively adjudicated in the courts of Aruba, according to the laws of Aruba.
